Deep Learning with ImmPort Data

We are always thrilled to see how the research community utilizes ImmPort data for innovative research and discovery.  Dr. Zicheng Hu, research scientist at the University of California, San Francisco’s Bakar Computational Health Sciences Institute, utilized ImmPort data to develop a convolutional neural network for predicting clinical outcomes from cytometry data.  His work was recently published in PNAS AND his model is available on ImmPort for your use.

Big Data in Immunology:
ImmPort at FOCiS 2020
The ImmPort team and collaborators hosted a series of talks and a hands-on workshop during the 2020 Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies (FOCIS) Annual Meeting.
