IMPACC Study Access (SDY1760 & SDY2112)
The Immunophenotyping Assessment in a COVID-19 Cohort (IMPACC) studies (SDY1760 and SDY2112) are being migrated from ImmPort to AccessClinicalData@NIAID (ACD) effective May 20, 2026. After this date, ImmPort will no longer support download of these studies.
For information on how to request access — including creating an ACD account, submitting a DAR, and accepted IAL2 login options — see the Controlled Data Access page.
Restricted use
IMPACC data are limited to use for COVID-19/SARS-CoV-2 basic and clinical research only.
Studies
| ImmPort Accession | Description | ACD Study | Access |
|---|---|---|---|
| SDY1760 | IMPACC — Immunophenotyping Assessment in a COVID-19 Cohort (primary cohort) | SDY1760 | Request Access via ACD |
| SDY2112 | IMPACC — Extended Cohort | SDY1760 (same DAR) | Covered by SDY1760 DAR |
Note
A single DAR for SDY1760 on ACD covers access to both SDY1760 and SDY2112. Both ImmPort studies are treated as a single entity in the ACD system.
Existing ImmPort Access
Action required for all previously approved users
All existing ImmPort-based IMPACC approvals are no longer valid after May 20, 2026. Even if your prior access was active and unexpired, you must complete the following steps to regain access through ACD:
- Create an ACD account at accessclinicaldata.niaid.nih.gov using an IAL2-verified identity (e.g., Login.gov or ID.me with identity proofing completed)
- Submit a new Data Access Request (DAR) for SDY1760 through the ACD portal — this covers both SDY1760 and SDY2112
- Await approval before downloading data
