Template Column	Required	Description
Expsample ID	True	The experiment sample identifier must be stored in ImmPort or in the experimentsamples.txt template.
Intensity	True	The intensity of the mass spectrometry result.
Protein Name Reported	True	The Name of the protein reported. Choose from a pick list of triples: (Gene Name, UniProt ID, Primary Protein Accession) as defined by UNIPROT if it matches your protein, otherwise provide your own Protein Accession Name.
Comments	False	Comments captures additional descriptive information that is added to the result.
