Description: A side-by-side comparison of 5 novel combination adjuvants (Alhydroxyquim-II, T-VANT, TRAC-478, IVAX-1 and IVAX-3) each formulated with two approved seasonal influenza vaccines (Flublok and Fluzone HD) with assessment of innate and adaptive immune responses and efficacy against H1N1 challenge in female and male C57Bl/6 mice. Controls include FluAd, vaccine only, adjuvant only, and PBS.

Description: The panel described here was designed to quantify populations of cells that may influence protection against Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) infection in naïve control animals enrolled in pre-clinical NHP vaccine studies. This panel may be used to identify and assess unconventional T cell populations related to other disease models, such as cancer and HIV.
