Genelist Updates

ImmPort released a new set of immunologically relevant genelists that are curated from “Immune System” event in the Reactome Database and the "Immune System Process" term in the GO Database.

AI-Ready Datasets Update

ImmPort's resource for AI-Ready Datasets has been updated.

This resource contains one new dataset for COVID-19 studies. Additionally, DOIs have been generated for both available datasets, and details on how to cite the resource page.

Study Detail Page Updates

The study detail pages for each shared study in ImmPort now indicate both the original release version of the study, and the most recent release in which updates have been made to the study.

Common Data Elements Documentation

ImmPort has reviewed the existing NIH-Endorsed Common Data Elements (CDEs), and has reviewed the overlap between these CDEs and ImmPort data elements. A list of the mappings between NIH-Endorsed CDEs and ImmPort data elements, as well as further details on CDEs, can be found here.
